As a busy mum, AJ's founder Amy found she really needed to find time for herself but also time for her fitness. She wanted to create a class environment, with high energy, where people can socialise and exercise to music.

The adult fitness classes really help to pick you up and help you relax after an overwhelming day.

Now you can access a variety of classes to enjoy under one roof, many aren’t found anywhere in this town either as we either created them or bought into the Boogie Bounce franchise. 

 
We offer Boogie Bounce, Strength and Tone HIIT/resistance training, Pilates, BoxBeat, Bootcamps, Zula Hula (Hoop fitness). Our classes may change around termly. 
 
You can try your first class for FREE!

 

Cancellation - Once payment is made we do not offer any refunds. So please make sure you can attend.

 However if our team has to cancel classes for any reason we shall make sure your payment is credited to your account towards your classes.

 
We only have limited spaces in each class so make sure you book and secure your classes in advance on our booking system.
