What is Boogie Bounce?
Boogie Bounce is a complete exercise program on mini trampoline, with a safety T-Bar Handle, choreographed to an eclectic mix of tracks from across the Decades. Boogie Bounce delivers a full body cardio workout that is suitable for everyone, all ages, shapes and sizes. We have had some fantastic results within our Classes this is our feedback from our bouncers, from weight loss of up to 4 stone so far, reduced cellulite, less stressed, joints feel better, improved pelvic floor muscles, built strength and many great friendships have been formed.

Why did I bring boogie bounce to AJ's? I wanted something new & fun for the school and for the fitness side.
I found Boogie Bounce advertising on fb and thought that looks perfect!
I signed up, attended the training and have now been running Boogie Bounce within the school for over 3 years!
I absolutely love teaching this class as it really is a class for everyone.
I struggle sometimes with lower back pain but because there is low impact on my joints I come away from a class feeling amazing (and sweaty of course!)
We have a warm up and a stretch section, cardio bounce routines, toning section and a nice gentle cool down stretch.
We are offering first time bouncers a free first session to see how fab it is before they commit. I look forward to seeing you in a class soon.

Why do I boogie bounce? Well why not?
I started a couple of years ago after being in constant back pain. I was very overweight & thought losing a few pounds might help me. I tried the gym but soon found I was in more pain & could easily find an excuse not to go. Then I found Boogie Bounce on Facebook, I thought that looks fun. I went along to my first session and thought that instructor was nuts, but I instantly fell in love with the exercise. You push yourself as much as you can, it's your workout... keep bouncing, keep burning. You're never judged & everyone helps each other push themselves a little more each class.
I'm 4 & 1/2 stones down & owe it all to having a fun exercise routine, I love it that much I took a course to cover when the instructor is off, I'm now the nutty instructor. It's fun, fast, froggy & fabulous!
